Hourly phone support is available at a rate of $150 per hour. Additionally, support hours are included with any annual subscription. Support hours must be purchased by the hour, but will be used in 15 minute increments. Thus, one hour may provide provide up to four fifteen minute calls.

Email support is provided at no charge. We will try to respond to all requests within 24 hours, but please be patient. Due to the fluctuation of large projects, and the complexity of the request, it may take longer.
